If you’re not familiar with my story, I started Skinnytaste in 2007 when I was getting married and wanted to lose weight to fit into my wedding dress. I decided to give Weight Watchers a chance after trying low-carb diets with no success.

Fortunately it didn’t take long for me to realize that many of my favorite dishes could easily be tweaked to be lighter and still make me and my family happy at the dinner table. I finally figured out the formula to success in my kitchen and waste-line!
