Jason Sudeikis Credits His Recent Weight Loss To Sex With Fiancé Olivia Wilde
Jason Sudeikis is looking much slimmer these days and he has his new fiancé, actress Olivia Wilde, to thank.
«The truth is, I’m not getting up an hour earlier and walking on a treadmill,» Sudeikis reveals in the August issue of Elle magazine. «I have the greatest workout partner in the world. And you don’t need a gym membership for that kind of workout.»
The couple, who got engaged in January, have always been vocal about their active sex life.
“We have sex like Kenyan marathon runners,” Wilde said last year, while Sudeikis told Elle, «I would say that’s accurate.»
Wilde has said that before she met Sudeikis, “I felt like my vagina died. It just turned off. Lights out.”
Sudeikis continued to gush about his bride-to-be, saying «she’s hilarious and kind and sweet.»
When the magazine asked Sudeikis if there was a more masculine story he wanted to tell the public about himself than the one Wilde recently told about him falling out of a kayak, he responded, «What better story than meeting the girl of your dreams, sweeping her off her feet, and then being strong enough to carry her out? That’s my story.»
But it’s not just Wilde who is responsible for the funny man’s slim down.
«A lot of it comes from tiny things, like not eating barbecue sauce with my pizza at two in the morning,» admits Sudeikis. «I think it’s all a manifestation of being happy and wanting to treat myself well.»
Here’s Sudeikis showing off his svelte new frame at Spike TV’s Guys Choice Awards last month:
And here he is at the ESPY Awards in 2010:
And with his former «Saturday Night Live» co-stars in 2009:
Just as Chevy Chase once proclaimed, “I’m Chevy Chase, and you’re not,” so, too, does fellow ex-SNL cast member Jason Sudeikis have an important message for everyone. “I’m skinny Jason Sudeikis,” he begins, ripping off his suit and Jayhawks hat to reveal a red track suit and can-I-touch-it afro, “and you’re not having sex with Olivia Wilde.”
In the August 2013 issue of ELLE, Sudeikis credits bedroom romps with [Wilde] for helping him lose weight. “The truth is, I’m not getting up an hour earlier and walking on a treadmill. I have the greatest workout partner in the world,” the SNL vet says. “And you don’t need a gym membership for that kind of workout.”
Asked if his first appearance on SNL was scarier than losing his virginity, the star of We’re the Millers replies, “Sex was probably scarier. I wasn’t as concerned that my parents were going to walk in in the middle of my first sketch,” the 37-year-old jokes. “There are security guards there. That’s a big part of it.” (Via)
Getting romantic with Wilde can be a double-edged sword, though. Look what happened to Mischa Barton.

He told Modern Luxury Manhattan magazine recently that, «Being happy, and in love, for me, was the secret. I feel like I returned home to myself as an individual through the process of falling in love with the sweetest woman I’ve ever known.» Awww!
His sweet romantic side showed during the Elle interview also.
When asked if he’d like to tell a story to restore his masculinity (after Wilde went on TV and shared an embarrassing tale of the funnyman falling out of a kayak and getting rescued by fishermen in Jamaica), he said, «I mean, what better story than meeting the girl of your dreams, sweeping her off her feet, and then being strong enough to carry her out? That’s my story.»
And a damn good one.
AN actor has had a noticeable weight loss and is not shy in explaining why.
«I have the greatest workout partner in the world,» Jason Sudeikis, star of NBC’s Saturday Night Live and 2011 film Horrible Bosses, tells Elle magazine’s August edition.
Sudeikis is crediting his fiancée, actress Olivia Wilde, for his lost weight.
Sudeikis and Wilde ‘secretly engaged’
«The truth is, I’m not getting up an hour earlier and walking on a treadmill. I have the greatest workout partner in the world,» he said.
«And you don’t need a gym membership for that kind of workout.»

Wilde, who starred in TRON: Legacy and last year’s movie In Time, has also been vocal about her sex life with Sudeikis, previously informing Us Weekly how they «have sex like Kenyan marathon runners.».
Sudeikis also credited other factors for his trim figure.
«A lot of it comes from tiny things, like not eating barbecue sauce with my pizza at two in the morning,» he said.
«I think it’s all a manifestation of being happy and wanting to treat myself well.»
Wilde, 29, previously married to filmmaker and musician Tao Ruspoli, and 37-year-old Sudeikis plan to get married next year.
Jason Sudeikis has found his stride.
The «Saturday Night Live» star, who just wrapped his final season as a full-time cast member, is set to appear in «We’re the Millers» with Jennifer Aniston this summer and is set to walk down the aisle with fiancee Olivia Wilde in the near future (or at least we hope so).
In the new issue of Manhattan magazine, Sudeikis opens up about his exciting career change and the secret behind how he shed 20 pounds in one year. Hint: his better half had something to do with it.
“You never really leave that place, and it never leaves you,» the 37-year-old actor says of «SNL.» «It’s an emotional journey getting through a season, much less the final one.”
Still, that emotional journey led Sudeikis to pack on the pounds, due to late night snacking and socializing. That’s when he made a conscious effort to try and lose some weight, but in actuality, that number on the scale got lower thanks to Sudeikis’ romance with Wilde.
“Being happy, and in love, for me, was the secret,» he admits of his weight loss. «I feel like I returned home to myself as an individual through the process of falling in love with the sweetest woman I’ve ever known.”
And that woman will soon be his wife — and possibly the mother of his children. When asked whether or not he wants kids of his own, Sudeikis gushes to Manhattan, “I’ve certainly found a partner I’d be just as willing to make a child with as make a movie with, so for me that’s a win-win.”
As for when that Wilde wedding will happen, Sudeikis says he doesn’t know, but the couple have sort of devised a plan.
“We want it to be not a plane-train-automobile situation,» he admits, «and not on Thanksgiving or Memorial Day weekend.”
